Operations Manager
The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day performance of the entire operation, across the FBO, the Flight School, and Aircraft Maintenance. You will sit on the Leadership Team alongside the Visionary and the Integrator, turning strategy into execution on the ground. The department leads who own the craft report to you, so you do not need to come from aviation. Your job is driving accountability throughout the operation through leadership, management, and process.

Recruiting is the largest part of this seat. We are growing, the constraint on our growth is talent, and you will own the full hiring process from job posting to signed offer, building a pipeline before we need it rather than scrambling when a seat opens.
